How to Renew when account has expired or Extend SpriiCommerce  plan 



1.  If your account has been expired or expiring soon, go to https://spriicommerce.com/ login your account.

2. After login, Click "Change Plan" button go to next page.





3.  In update your plan page, select Light & Easy plan and click "Update Plan" button.




4. In this page, you can select the One-Off Payment and duration for your plan. make sure the duration and payment method and fill in provide your information.


Note: Make sure your plan subscription, once you make payment, system are not allow to do downgrade for your plan.




5.  Please make sure the your information is correct especially Email and Phone Number. After you do payment, the system will send you an receipt. After completed, click "Pay Now" button to do payment.




6.  After completed payment, you will see what plan you subscribe and how many day remaining for this plan. If you like to change plan or cancel plan just click the "Change Plan" or "Cancel Plan" button.






VERSI BAHASA MALAYSIA  


Bagaimana memperbaharui apabila akaun telah tamat tempoh atau memanjangkan pelan SpriiCommerce 



1.  Jika akaun anda telah tamat tempoh atau tamat tempoh tidak lama lagi, pergi ke https://spriicommerce.com/ log masuk akaun anda.

2.  Selepas masuk, klik butang "Change Plan" ke halaman seterusnya.




3.  Di halaman update your plan, sila pilih butang Light & Easy dan klik butang "Update Plan".



4.  Dalam halamana ini, anda boleh pilih bayar sekali sahaja dan tempoh masa. Sila pastikan rancangan anda dan keadaan barayan dan infomasi anda.

Nota: Sila pastikan pakej anda yang betul, selepas pembayar sistem akan tidak dibenarkan penurunan tarak untuk pakej anda.





5.  Pastikan maklumat anda betul, terutamanya emel dan telefon nombor betul, selepas bayar sistem akan hantar resit ke emel anda.




6.  Selepas penbayar selesai, anda akan melihat pakejanda langgan dan baki hari untuk pelan ini. Jika anda ingin menukar pelan atau membatalkan pelan cuma klik butang "Change Plan" atau "Cancel Plan".
