How to Renew when account has expired or Extend SpriiCommerce  plan 



1.  If your account has been expired or expiring soon, go to https://spriicommerce.com/ login your account.


2. After login, Click "Change Plan" button go to next page.


3.  In update your plan page, select Light & Easy plan and click "Update Plan" button.


4. In this page, you can select the One-Off Payment and duration for your plan. Make sure the duration and payment method and fill in provide your information.



Note: Make sure your plan subscription, once you make payment, system are not allow to do downgrade for your plan.


5.  Please make sure the your information is correct especially Email and Phone Number. After you do payment, the system will send you an receipt. After completed, click "Pay Now" button to do payment.


6.  After completed payment, you will see what plan you subscribe and how many day remaining for this plan. If you like to change plan or cancel plan just click the "Change Plan" or "Cancel Plan" button.



VERSI BAHASA MALAYSIA  


Bagaimana memperbaharui apabila akaun telah tamat tempoh atau memanjangkan pelan SpriiCommerce 



1.  Jika akaun anda telah tamat tempoh atau tamat tempoh tidak lama lagi, pergi ke https://spriicommerce.com/ log masuk akaun anda.


2.  Selepas masuk, klik butang "Change Plan" ke halaman seterusnya.


3.  Di halaman 'update your plan', sila pilih butang 'Light & Easy' dan klik butang "Update Plan".



4.  Pada halaman ini, anda boleh memilih Pembayaran Sekali (One-Off Payment) dan tempoh untuk pelan anda. Pastikan anda memilih tempoh dan kaedah pembayaran, serta mengisi bahagian “Maklumat Peribadi'.

Nota: Pastikan langganan pelan anda, setelah pembayaran dibuat, sistem tidak membenarkan penurunan taraf (downgrade) pelan. 


5.  Sila pastikan maklumat anda adalah betul, terutamanya alamat e-mel dan nombor telefon. Selepas anda membuat pembayaran, sistem akan menghantar resit kepada anda. Setelah selesai, klik butang “Pay Now” untuk meneruskan pembayaran. 


6.  Selepas pembayaran selesai, anda akan dapat melihat pelan yang anda langgani dan baki hari yang tinggal untuk pelan tersebut. Jika anda ingin menukar pelan atau membatalkan pelan, hanya klik butang “Change Plan” atau “Cancel Plan”.
