1. After setup, the API Key & select your Subscription Lists, enable the audience sync & save the configuration. Note: Subscription Lists will sometimes appear empty so user might need to reload SpriiCommerce for quite sometime
2. After done, check your customer lists on the Customers tab.
3. Check the customer status on the Customers tab in SpriiCommerce Admin, if the status is green then audience sync is successful. If the status is red then audience sync is failed, click "View" to check the error message.
4. If the status is showing "Not Yet" this means that these customer details not yet sync into the audience list in your Mailchimp account. To sync it manually, click on the "Action" -> Sync To Mailchimp button.

1. Selepas penyediaan, API Key & pilih Subscription Lists(Daftar Langganan) anda, aktifkan audience sync(penyegerakan penonton) & simpan konfigurasi.
Nota: Subscription Lists kadang-kadang kelihatan kosong sehingga pengguna mungkin perlu reload SpriiCommerce untuk beberapa lama.
2. Setelah selesai, periksa senarai pelanggan anda pada tab Customers.
3. Periksa status pelanggan pada tab Customers di SpriiCommerce Admin, jika status hijau maka audience sync berjaya. Sekiranya status berwarna merah maka audience sync gagal, klik "View" untuk memeriksa mesej ralat.
4. Jika status menunjukkan "Not Yet", ini bermaksud bahasa butiran pelanggan ini belum diselaraskan ke dalam audience list(senarai khalayak) di akaun Mailchimp anda. Untuk menyegerakkannya secara manual, klik pada butang "Action" -> Sync To Mailchimp button.
