[SpriiSync] - What is Reserved Stock? [Apa itu Stok Simpanan??]

WHAT IS RESERVED STOK?

Reserved Stock is just like backup goods, it can be planned to avoid any discrepancy so we create reservations for the goods issue and the stock will be in our storage location but cannot use for planning.

It is just like the total goods you have is 110 units, but you use 10 for the reserved stock so it means that any of the marketplaces only will show the 100 units of that goods in stock right now only.

The reserved stock is used when the marketplace stock left 1 unit only but there got two buyers buying it at the same time or the user site will have 2 seconds latency. So it will appear the oversold situation and in this situation, the reserved stock is able to use for sell to the buyer.

1. Once you've done link your SpriiCommerce with your Lazada or Shopee seller account, go to Inventories > Inventory and click the edit button at the product that you want to reserve the stock.  

2. Key in the reserved stock value that you want to add, then click the "Update Inventory" button.

3. Now for that product reserved stock are been updated to the latest reserved stock.

APA ITU STOK SIMPANAN?

Stok simpanan adalah seperti barang sandaran, ia boleh dirancang untuk mengelakkan sebarang percanggahan jadi kami membuat tempahan untuk isu barang dan stok akan berada di lokasi simpanan kami tetapi tidak boleh digunakan untuk perancangan.

Sama seperti jumlah barang yang anda miliki ialah 110 unit, tetapi anda menggunakan 10 untuk stok simpanan, jadi ini bermakna mana-mana pasaran yang mereka hanya akan menunjukkan 100 unit barang itu dalam stok sekarang sahaja.

Stok simpanan digunakan apabila stok pasaran meninggalkan 1 unit sahaja tetapi terdapat dua pembeli membelinya pada masa yang sama atau tapak pengguna akan mempunyai kependaman 2 saat. Maka akan muncul situasi terlebih jual dan dalam keadaan ini stok simpanan boleh menggunakannya untuk dijual kepada pembeli.

1. Setelah anda selesai memautkan SpriiCommerce anda dengan akaun penjual Lazada atau Shopee anda, pergi ke Inventories > Inventory dan klik butang edit pada produk yang anda ingin tempah stok.

2. Masukkan nilai stok simpanan yang anda mahu tambahkan, kemudian klik butang "Update Inventory".

3. Sekarang untuk produk reserved stock telah dikemaskini kepada reserved stock terkini.
