[Products] - Adding product with variants [Menambah produk dengan varian]

1. After fill-in in basic information about your product (product name, product description &, etc) in the Details section tick on “Has Variation”. Then the system will pop up the variations part.

2. Click on “Add Attribute” by default system will add the "Color" attribute.
Note: The first option will be created by default with default text, you need to rename the text according to your option. The default option cannot be removed until you added a new option. 

For example :

 – Select attribute = Color, and add the new option like Red & Blue

 – Select attribute = Size, and add the new option like S & M

3. You only allow to add a maximum of 3 attributes for each product.

• For example: You are selling a t-shirt that has multiple colors, different sizes & available with a different type of materials.

4. After you have added attribute options, the system will automatically generate the variants for you.
Note: 

1. If you set the variant to Active, these product options will be immediately available for customers to buy after you save the product.
2. For the SKU must be follow the attribute and variant name to make sure that's all the variant product SKU are different.
   

5. You need to set the price, stock, weight, length, width & height for each of the variants. If your product has the same price, stock, weight, length, width & height, you can use this section to fill in, and click on the "Apply To All" then the system will help you to fill in all boxes.

6. You can directly add images for each of the variants (If any). Make sure that your image file is not bigger than 800KB. If your file is bigger than the recommended size, the system will show an error message.

Recommended image file: Not bigger than 800KB
Recommended image dimension: 1000x1000 pixels

*Note: If your file is bigger than the recommended size, this error message will appear

7. After done, upload your product image and click the "Create Product" button to save it. Now your product is available for customers to buy on your store website!

VERSI BAHASA MALAYSIA

1. Setelah mengisi maklumat asas mengenai produk anda (product name, product description &, dll) di bahagian Details,  tandakan pada “Has Variation”. Kemudian, sistem akan memunculkan bahagian variasi.

2. Klik pada “Add Attribute” dan sistem akan menambahkan sendiri attribut "Color".
Nota: Pilihan pertama akan dibuat oleh sistem, anda perlu menamakan semula teks mengikut pilihan anda. Pilihan yang dibuat oleh sistem tidak dapat dibuang sehingga anda menambahkan pilihan baru. 

Sebagai contoh:

 – Select attribute(Pilih attribut) = Color, dan tambahkan pilihan baru seperti Merah & Biru

 – Select attribute(Pilih attribut) = Size, dan tambahkan pilihan baru seperti S & M

3. Anda hanya menambahkan maksimum 3 attribut untuk setiap produk. 

• Contohnya: Anda menjual t-shirt yang mempunyai pelbagai warna, pelbagai saiz & tersedia dengan pelbagai jenis bahan.

4. Setelah anda menambahkan pilihan attribut, sistem akan menghasilkan varian secara automatik untuk anda.
Nota: 

1. Jika anda menetapkan varian ke Active, pilihan produk ini akan segera tersedia untuk dibeli oleh pelanggan setelah anda menyimpan  produk tersebut.
2. Untuk SKU mesti mengikut atribut dan nama varian untuk memastikan bahawa semua SKU produk varian adalah berbeza.
   

5. Anda perlu menetapkan harga, stok, berat, panjang, lebar & tinggi untuk setiap varian. Sekiranya produk anda mempunyai harga, stok, berat, panjang, lebar & tinggi yang sama, anda boleh menggunakan bahagian ini untuk mengisi, dan klik pada "Apply To All" maka sistem akan membantu anda mengisi semua kotak.

6. Anda boleh menambahkan gambar secara langsung untuk setiap varian (sekiranya ada). Pastikan fail gambar anda tidak lebih besar daripada 800KB. Sekiranya fail anda lebih besar daripada ukuran yang disyorkan, sistem akan menunjukkan mesej ralat.

Fail gambar yang disyorkan: Tidak melebihi 800KB
Dimensi gambar yang disyorkan : 1000x1000 pixels

*Nota: Sekiranya fail anda lebih besar daripada ukuran yang disyorkan, mesej ini akan muncul

7. Setelah selesai, muat naik gambar produk anda dan klik butang "Create Product" untuk menyimpannya. Kini produk anda tersedia untuk dibeli oleh pelanggan di laman web kedai anda!
