1) Under Settings > General, you will need to set up the address for the invoice, add shipping category, and also set up the email address for customer care, etc.
Under Invoice, you can add invoices details. You can fill up your company address and phone number.
2) Under Shipment Origin Address, add your shipment origin address.
3) Under Additional Shipment Settings, add your product type ( as a label printing for courier provider).
4) Under Email Address To Send As, add the destination email address to which you wish to receive an email notification upon actions performed.
5) Under Configurations, you can add your customer details. (e.g.: email, customer support mobile number, and WhatsApp number)
6) Under Configurations, you can add your tracking ID for Facebook and Google Analytics.
VERSI BAHASA MALAYSIA
1) Di bawah Settings > General, anda perlu menyediakan alamat untuk invois, menambah kategori penghantaran, dan juga menyediakan alamat e-mel untuk penjagaan pelanggan, dll.
Di bawah Invoice, anda boleh menambahkan butiran invois. Anda boleh mengisi alamat syarikat anda berserta number telefon.
2) Di bawah Shipment Origin Address, tambah alamat asal penghantaran anda.
3) Di bawah Additional Shipment Settings, tambah jenis produk anda (sebagai pencetakan label untuk penyedia kurier).
4) Di bawah Email Address To Send As, tambah alamat e-mel tujuan yang ingin anda terima pemeberitahuan e-mel setelah tindakan dilakukan.
5) Di bawah Configurations, anda boleh menambah maklumat pelanggan anda (cth: email, customer support mobile number, and WhatsApp number)
6) Di bawah Configurations, anda boleh menambah ID penjejakan untuk Facebook dan Google Analytics.
