1. What is Channel?

• Channel shows the sales come for the website either it be from 3rd party such as Lazada or Shopee or seller own website. 
• The channel will appear according to the sales report. 
• If the channel appears empty, it means the sales come from the seller own website. 

2. What if the sales are from 3rd party?

• The channel will state the 3rd party account either Lazada,Shopee an such.

1. Apa itu Channel?

• Channel menunjukkan jualan masuk untuk laman web sama ada dari pihak ketiga seperti Lazada atau Shopee atau laman web penjual sendiri. 
• Channel akan muncul mengikut laporan jualan.
• Sekiranya Channel kelihatan kosong, ini bermaksud jualan itu berasal dari laman web penjual sendiri.

2. Sekiranya jualan datang dari pihak ketiga?

• Channel tersebut akan menyatakan akaun pihak ketiga sama ada Lazada, Shopee dan lain.
