[Report] - Manage your product sales report [Urus laporan penjualan produk anda]

1. Go to Report > Product Sales Report

2. This is the Product Sales Report and the user will be able to view the product sold according to its unit sold and sales value

   *Note: Sales Value is total original product price x unit sold

3. If the user wants to download an Excel file for the orders list, the user can select the dropdown and choose either it be all product orders or only for the selected product

4. After that, the user needs to click Select Action and choose Download Excel. Then, click the arrow beside it to run the action and the Excel file will be automatically downloaded.  

5. On this page, the user can use the search function to search for a certain product and the system will display the product name, unit sold, and sales value

6. User can use the filter function to filter the selected date range and the system will display the product sold only on the selected date

7. The filter function also allows the user to choose the number of products sold is displayed in one page.

*Note: Trashed filter is not compulsory to use because it does not affect anything while generating the report unless user has accidentally deleted some orders details.

   - If the user wants to use "Trashed" then it will include data for those deleted orders details

   - If select "Only Trashed" it will show the deleted data only  

   - If select "With Trashed" it will show all data including the deleted data

*Suggested to leave it at - (default), no need to change any settings for the report

8. Then, on this page user can click View to see the product details report 

9. The Product Details Report will show the orders list for that selected product including store channel, customer's first name, order number, quantity and its total price

10. On the Product Details Report, user can also filter the date range and per page detail

11. User can click View and it will direct user to view Product Details Report Details

12. On the Product Details Report Details, user is able to download the sales file in Excel form. User needs to click Select Action then click Download Excel

13. After that, user needs to click the arrow button 

14. Then, user needs to click Run Action and the Excel file will be downloaded

VERSI BAHASA MALAYSIA

1. Pergi ke Report > Product Sales Report

2. Ini adalah Product Sales Report(Laporan Penjualan Produk) dan pengguna akan dapat melihat produk yang dijual mengikut unit penjualan dan nilai penjualannya.

   *Nota: Nilai Jualan adalah jumlah harga produk asal x unit yang dijual

3. Sekiranya pengguna ingin memuat turun fail Excel untuk senarai pesanan, pengguna boleh memilih dropdown dan memilih sama ada semua pesanan produk atau hanya untuk produk yang dipilih.

4. Selepas itu, pengguna perlu mengklik Select Action dan pilih Download Excel. Kemudian, klik anak panah di sebelahnya untuk menjalankan tindakan dan fail Excel akan dimuat turun secara automatik.  

5. Pada halaman ini, pengguna dapat menggunakan fungsi pencarian untuk mencari produk tertentu dan sistem akan memaparkan nama produk, unit terjual, dan nilai penjualan.

6. Pengguna dapat menggunakan fungsi saringan untuk menyaring tarikh yang dipilih dan sistem akan memaparkan produk yang dijual hanya pada tarikh yang dipilih

7. Fungsi filter juga membolehkan pengguna memilih jumlah produk yang dijual dipaparkan dalam satu halaman.

*Nota: Trashed filter tidak wajib digunakan kerana tidak mempengaruhi apa-apa semasa membuat laporan kecuali pengguna secara tidak sengaja menghapus beberapa butiran pesanan.

   - Sekiranya pengguna ingin menggunakan "Trashed", ia akan memasukkan data untuk perincian pesanan yang dihapus

   - Sekiranya memilih "Only Trashed" ia akan menunjukkan data yang dihapus sahaja  

   - Sekiranya memilih "With Trashed" ia akan menunjukkan semua data termasuk data yang dihapus

*Disarankan untuk membiarkannya di - (default), tidak perlu mengubah settings untuk laporan

8. Kemudian, di halaman ini pengguna dapat klik View untuk melihat product details report(laporan perincian produk)

9. Product Details Report akan menunjukkan senarai pesanan untuk produk terpilih itu termasuk channel, nama pertama pelanggan, nombor pesanan, kuantiti dan jumlah harganya

10. Pada Product Details Report, pengguna juga dapat menyaring tarikh dan per perincian halaman

11. Pengguna boleh mengklik View dan ia akan mengarahkan pengguna untuk melihat Product Details Report Details

12. Pada Product Details Report Details, pengguna dapat memuat turun fail penjualan dalam bentuk Excel. Pengguna perlu mengklik Select Action dan klik Download Excel

13. Selepas itu, pengguna perlu mengklik butang anak panah 

14. Kemudian, pengguna perlu mengklik Run Action dan fail Excel akan dimuat turun
