1. Mail Log will show your sent email to customers (eg: order received email, payment completed email). You can check your sent email in Mail Log. Before that, you need to make sure that your email is already setup in Merchant Email field. Refer here if you haven't setup your email yet Setup your merchant email
Go to Settings > Advanced > Mail Log.
If your email is successfully sent to customer, a tick symbol will be shown in "IS SENT" column. This shows that all of the email are sent to customers.
2. If your sent email is unsuccessful, scroll to right and click View.
3. Then click Select Action and choose Resend Mail. After that you need to click the arrow button beside it to resend the email again. After running the action, your email is sucessfully sent to customer!

1. Mail Log akan menunjukkan emel yang dihantar kepada pelanggan (cth: pesanan diterima emel, pembayaran selesai emel). anda boleh menyemak emal yang dihantar di Mail Log. Sebelum itu, anda perlu memastikan bahawa emel anda sudah ditetapkan di bahagian Merchant Email. Rujuk di sini jika anda belum menetapkan emel anda Tetapkan email pedagang anda
Pergi ke Settings > Advanced > Mail Log.
Sekiranya emel anda berjaya dihantar kepada pelanggan, simbol tanda centang akan ditunjukkan di lajur "IS SENT". Ini menunjukkan bahawa semua emel berjaya dihantar kepada pelanggan.
2. Sekiranya emel tidak berjaya di hantar, pergi ke kanan dan klik View.
3. Kemudian klik Select Action dan pilih Resend Mail. Selepas itu anda perlu mengklik butang anak panah di sebelahnya untuk menghantar semula emel. Setelah menjalankan tindakan, emel anda telah berjaya dihantar kepada pelanggan!
