[Email Templates] - Custom your email template [Ubahsuai templat e-mel anda]

Custom email templates allow you to customize the formatting and text of emails sent. Templates can be text-only, or HTML and text. Any emails generated by this code will use that template's text and/or HTML formatting.

Sprii Commerce comes with 8 default email template styles. Simply go to Email Templates and you can add/edit your HTML there. Steps to do your custom email templates will be provided below. 

1. Go to Email Templates, choose an email that you want to edit the template, and click the "Edit" icon.

2. Edit the Email Subject & Template content. 

3. After you have done with the changes, click "Publish" to save your work.


4. If the changes are saving successfully, now you are able to preview your template. You can click on the "Preview" button and your new tab will open and display your current email template. For example:

5. You also can check your email template by sending test emails to your email. Click on the "Send Test Email" button. You need to fill in the email address that you want to receive it. (Please check your email inbox)

Templat e-mel tersuai membolehkan anda menyesuaikan pemformatan dan teks e-mel yang dihantar. Templat boleh menjadi teks sahaja, atau HTML dan teks. Sebarang e-mel yang dijana oleh kod ini akan menggunakan teks dan/atau pemformatan HTML templat tersebut.

Sprii Commerce datang dengan 8 gaya templat e-mel lalai. Hanya pergi ke Email Templates dan anda boleh menambah/mengedit HTML anda di sana. Langkah-langkah untuk melakukan templat e-mel tersuai anda akan disediakan di bawah.. 

1. Pergi ke Email Templates, pilih e-mel yang anda mahu edit templat dan klik ikon "Edit".

2. Ubah kandungan di bahagian Email Subject & Template. 

3. Selepas anda selesai dengan perubahan, klik "Publish" untuk menyimpan kerja anda.


4. Jika perubahan berjaya disimpan, kini anda boleh melihat templat anda. Anda boleh mengklik pada butang "Preview" dan tab baharu akan dibuka dan sistem akan memaparkan templat e-mel semasa anda. Sebagai contoh:

5. Anda juga boleh menyemak templat e-mel anda dengan menghantar e-mel ujian ke e-mel anda. Klik pada butang "Sent Test Email". Anda perlu mengisi alamat e-mel yang anda ingin terima. (Sila semak peti masuk e-mel anda)
