[Domains] - How to add your custom domain?

A domain is the URL or web address where your customers go find your store online. By default, your online store has a yourstore.spriicommerce.com URL when you sign up for SpriiCommerce. If you want to change the web address that's displayed to customers while they browse your online store, then you need to use a custom domain such as www.yourstore.com. You can use domains that you buy from any third-party domain provider. Using a domain that matches your brand can help you build trust in your online store.

1. If you already have your own domain, make sure that your domain is pointing to our IP Address 68.183.226.232(If your store using *.mysprii.com) or 167.172.72.181(If your store using *.myspriicommerce.com) . Then log in to your online store admin, go to Settings > Domains
    

Note: 

If your domain are start with *.mysprii.com and *.sprii-commerce.com = 68.183.226.232

Make sure your main domain & www is pointing to IP Address 68.183.226.232 
For example, your main domain is yourstore.com is pointed to IP Address 68.183.226.232
www.yourstore.com also needs to point to the same IP Address 68.183.226.232

OR

If your domain are start with *.myspriicommerce.com = 167.172.72.181

Make sure your main domain & www is pointing to IP Address 167.172.72.181
For example, your main domain is yourstore.com is pointed to IP Address 167.172.72.181
www.yourstore.com also needs to point to the same IP Address 167.172.72.181

If your domain does not come with DNS management, you can point the nameserver to the following:

Nameserver 1: ns1.serverfreak.biz 

Nameserver 2: ns2.serverfreak.biz

Just for your information, the DNS propagation time will take up to 72 hours to propagate worldwide.

2. Click on "Create Domain"

3. Fill up your domain, and click "Create Domain" to save your domain. 

 Note: If your domain is www.yourstore.com  please fill in as yourstore.com only. If you fill up with www this might be the cause of failure in generating an SSL cert when you change your domain as a primary.  For example, if your website is www.meeraclecosmetics.com, fill up only meeraclecosmestics.com.

4. After that you need to verify your domain first before. Make sure that your domain is pointing to our IP Address else your domain verification will be failed. Click action > Verify Domain.

5. If your domain is successfully verified, the verified icon will be changed to green color. Now your domain is ready to set as the primary domain. Click action > Set Domain As Primary and click "Run Action" System will take some time to change your domain.

6. If your domain is successfully changed, now you can see both Primary Domain & Verified column will be in green color. And check your browser URL as well to make sure that it redirects to your own domain.

7. Now your store is ready! If your customer is still using the old URL, the system will redirect them to your primary domain.
For example, if they use www.yourstore.spriicommerce.com, the system will auto-redirect them to yourstore.com because you already set this as a primary domain.

Domain ialah URL atau alamat web tempat pelanggan anda mencari kedai dalam talian anda. Secara lalai, kedai dalam talian anda mempunyai URL yourstore.spriicommerce.com apabila anda mendaftar untuk SpriiCommerce. Jika anda ingin menukar alamat web yang dipaparkan kepada pelanggan semasa mereka menyemak imbas kedai dalam talian anda, maka anda perlu menggunakan domain tersuai seperti www.yourstore.com. Anda boleh menggunakan domain yang anda beli daripada mana-mana pembekal domain pihak ketiga. Menggunakan domain yang sepadan dengan jenama anda boleh membantu anda membina kepercayaan di kedai dalam talian anda.

1. Jika anda sudah mempunyai domain anda sendiri, pastikan domain anda menghala ke Alamat IP kami 68.183.226.232(Jika kedai anda menggunakan *.mysprii.com) atau 159.89.210.94(Jika kedai anda menggunakan *.myspriicommerce.com). Kemudian log masuk ke pentadbir kedai dalam talian anda, pergi ke Settings > Domains

Nota: 

Jika domain anda bermula dengan *.mysprii.com dan *.sprii-commerce.com= 68.183.226.232

Pastikan domain utama & www anda menghala ke Alamat IP 68.183.226.232

Sebagai contoh, domain utama anda ialah yourstore.com dihalakan ke Alamat IP 68.183.226.232

www.yourstore.com juga perlu menunjuk ke Alamat IP yang sama 68.183.226.232

Jika domain anda bermula dengan *.myspriicommerce.com = 167.172.72.181

Pastikan domain utama & www anda menghala ke Alamat IP 167.172.72.181

Sebagai contoh, domain utama anda ialah yourstore.com dihalakan ke Alamat IP 167.172.72.181

www.yourstore.com juga perlu menunjuk ke Alamat IP yang sama 167.172.72.181

Jika domain anda tidak disertakan dengan pengurusan DNS, anda boleh menghalakan pelayan nama kepada perkara berikut:

Pelayan Nama 1: ns1.serverfreak.biz 

Pelayan Nama 2: ns2.serverfreak.biz 

Sila hantarkan tiket kepada kami supaya kami boleh membuat susulan permintaan anda.

Hanya untuk makluman anda, untuk masa penyebaran DNS akan mengambil masa sehingga 72 jam untuk disebarkan ke seluruh dunia.

2. Klik pada "Create Domain"

3. Masukkan domain anda dan klik pada "Create Domain" untuk menyimpan domain anda.
 

 Note: Sekiranya domain anda www.yourstore.com  sila isi sebagai yourstore.com sahaja. Jika anda mengisi dengan www ini mungkin menjadi punca kegagalan menjana sijil SSL apabila anda menukar domain anda sebagai domain utama. Sebagai contoh, sekiranya laman web anda ialah www.meeraclecosmetics.com, hanya isi meeraclecosmestics.com sahaja. 

4. Selepas itu anda perlu mengesahkan domain anda terlebih dahulu sebelum. Pastikan domain anda menghala ke Alamat IP kami jika tidak pengesahan domain anda akan gagal. Klik pada action > Verify Domain.

5. Jika domain anda berjaya disahkan, ikon yang disahkan akan ditukar kepada warna hijau. Kini domain anda sedia untuk ditetapkan sebagai domain utama. Klik action > Set Domain As Primary dan klik pada "Run Action". Sistem akan mengambil sedikit masa untuk menukar domain anda.

6. Jika domain anda berjaya ditukar, kini anda boleh melihat kedua-dua Primary Domain & Verified lajur akan berwarna hijau. Dan semak URL penyemak imbas anda juga untuk memastikan ia mengubah hala ke domain anda sendiri.

7. Sekarang kedai anda sudah sedia! Jika pelanggan anda masih menggunakan URL lama, sistem akan mengubah hala mereka ke domain utama anda. Sebagai contoh, mereka menggunakan www.yourstore.spriicommerce.com, sistem akan mengubah hala secara automatik ke yourstore.com kerana anda telah menetapkan ini sebagai domain utama.
