Setting up your email for enquiry
Webstore usually provide a Contact Us Page to allow customers to submit enquiry. Enquiry will help merchant to be more alert towards their customers demand. You can setup your email for enquiry use in General Page.
1. Go to Settings > General. Scroll down to 'Email Address To Send As' field and key in your email in "Merchant email (for notifications)" field so that your customer enquiry will be sent to your email.
2. After that, key in your email in the "Customer Support Email Address" for the email to be displayed in your webstore.
3. If you have successfully key in your email, click "Save settings" to save your email. After this, any of your customers enquiry will be sent to your email.

Menyiapkan emel anda untuk pertanyaan
Kedai web biasanya menyediakan Halaman Hubungi Kami untuk membolehkan pelanggan mengemukakan pertanyaan. Pertanyaan akan membantu peniaga untuk lebih 'alert' terhadap permintaan pelanggan mereka. Anda boleh menyiapkan emel anda untuk penggunaan pertanyaan di Halaman General.
1. Pergi ke Settings > General. Pergi ke bawah ke bahagian 'Email Address To Send As' dan masukkan emel anda di bidang "Merchant email (for notifications)" supaya pertanyaan pelanggan anda akan dihantar ke emel anda.
2. Setelah itu, masukkan emel anda di "Customer Support Email Address" supaya emel tersebut dapat dipaparkan di kedai web anda.
3. Sekiranya anda berjaya memasukkan emel anda, klik butang "Save settings" untuk menyimpan emel anda. Selepas ini, sebarang pertanyaan pelanggan anda akan dihantar ke emel anda.
